Assassin’s Creed Mirage provides the series back again to its roots in 2023

Assassins Creed Mirage, another entry in Ubisofts long-running action-adventure series, will get to 2023. The publisher announced the release date today during its Ubisoft Forward event. Set 2 decades prior to the events of Assassins Creed Valhalla, the overall game will reunite fans with a Basim Ibn Ishaq and return the series to its stealth roots.

In a briefing held before todays presentation, Ubisoft Bordeaux, the studio leading development on the project, described Basim as the utmost agile assassin in franchise history. Hell have new abilities to aid him to avoid detection, a few of which you can observe on display in the cinematic trailer Ubisoft shared today. A fundamental element of Basims kit is Enkidu, his pet eagle. The story, meanwhile, will concentrate on The Hidden Ones, the business that predates the Assassin Brotherhood and can see Shohreh Aghdashloo (The Expanse, Destiny 2) play Basims mentor, Roshan.

When it arrives next year, Assassins Creed Mirage will undoubtedly be on PlayStation 4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Amazon Luna and PC. For the time being, fanscan anticipate THE FINAL Chapter. The free DLC will arrive later this season and complete the story of Valhalla.
