Veteran Boston Celtics point guard Marcus Smart decided he wished to pay things forward after basketball put him able to achieve this almost about ten years ago, therefore the Flower Mound native started the Young Game Changer organization. I started it about nine years back to help look for a cure for cancer also to mentor the citys youth, shared Smart in a recently available interview with CLNS Medias Bobby Manning.
Really, for me personally the goal is merely to provide families and folks who are going right through a stressful, unfortunate situation the hope they are looking for and they need at that time, added the Celtics floor general.
Speaking at a Game Changer pop-up store event, Smart broke down the foundation and focus of his organization to CLNS.
