The Cleveland Browns certainly have a fanbase like no other. A Browns fan was recently arrested for throwing a bottle at Jimmy Haslam.

The Cleveland Browns have a fanbase like no other. The team unfortunately doesnt frequent the playoffs, so fans are certainly many of the most loyal in the league. However, some express their outrage in not-so-pleasant ways.

One fan recently got arrested for throwing a bottle at Browns owner Jimmy Haslam throughout a game.

The fan was defined as 51-year-old Jeffrey Miller, and he couldnt restrain his rage once the NY Jets scored a touchdown with a couple of seconds left in the overall game to take the win.

NFL insider Tom Pelissero of NFL Network originally tweeted concerning the incident, which ultimately shows Haslam being struck and pointing to the stands, showing where he believed the bottle originated from.

Luckily, he was only struck in the leg and doesnt have any reported damage or injuries as a result, however the situation couldve been a lot more dangerous.

The frustration is understandable. Its never fun for anybody to view their team lose, particularly when these were so near winning. However, Millers actions were uncalled for.

Hell be facing a lot more than just jail time.

Browns fan likely banned after throwing bottle at owner Jimmy Haslam

In accordance with NBC Sports, the Browns intend to ban Miller from First Energy Stadium.

They shared in a statement,Fan, player and staff safety may be the top priority inside our building and behavior that puts others in peril will never be tolerated. Luckily nobody was harmed in this incident so when a typical practice, weve cooperated with police authorities and security video of the thing being thrown is in the correct hands. We shall haven’t any further touch upon this matter.

An instant of rage is certainly not worth a criminal history and a ban from ones favorite teams football stadium.
