The brand new restaurant brings something not your ordinary to Greensboro, with rustic European architecture and dcor alongside an eclectic menu of old-world sandwiches and modern favorites. About Beth Kizhnerman

Beths first apprenticeship was at Seasons in the Bostonian Hotel at Faneuil Hall in Boston, Massachusetts. She had the chance to utilize Executive Chef Lydia Shire, Sous Chef Gordon Hammersley, and a range of talented women. Working at Seasons defined her method of food as her career moved forward. Eventually, Beth made a decision to close Bistro Sofia and dominate ownership and operations of Smith Street Diner in 2010.

Beth also offers nonprofit partnerships with Share the Harvest, Guilford Food Policy Council, and the Transit Alliance of the Piedmont (TAP). Beth is really a person in Women Chefs & Restaurateurs and National Professional Organization.
