Former U.S. Associate Attorney General Rudy Giuliani questioned the intelligence of his fellow Americans during an appearance Newsmax only days after he was informed he could be a “target” of a criminal investigation in Georgia for his role in overturning the 2020 presidential election.

Giuliani told host Rob Schmitt about why the American people should think he’s got credibility alongside Donald Trump.

“If the American people have no idea what’s happening right now, then our country may be too dumb to become a democracy,” said the disgraced former attorney under criminal investigation for attempting to subvert democracy.

The election denier continued to expound on his conspiracy theories.

“After all, it really is quite obvious that they can frame him with each and every thing they have got,” the former Southern District of NY U.S. Attorney said.

“And when you do not realize they stole the election, there’s something amiss here, just because a group that could do this,” Giuliani continued as though his delusions were reality “that I simply described, to be able to first keep him from being president, then destroy him on false pretenses.”

“Needless to say, they might steal an election and it’s really not the initial election Democrats stole,” Giuliani alleged without evidence.

The former NEW YORK mayor said, “They learn how to steal elections, they run big cities which are crooked.”
