How BTS & K-Pop Fandoms Are Fighting for Racial Justice
Another side of Mark Tuanis looking pretty impressive.
Sinceentering the music scene in 2014 withK-popboy bandGOT7, the 29-year-old has accomplished many dreams while also earningmillions of fans around the globe.
But after releasing his first full solo projectthe introspective albumANOTHER Side, Mark is preparing to travel over the USA and connect to admirers in a complete new way.
“As an organization, you’re with an organization and you simply got to become more careful about certain things,” he exclusively distributed to E! News. “I believe because of this album, since I’m achieving this independently, I had more freedom in what I needed to state and the music I needed to create.”
Since early summer, Mark has been getting ready to showcase his songs forlisteners through the entire states during ANOTHER Side tour. Even though GOT7 fans are accustomed to huge flips and big stunts during concerts, Mark says his solo set changes.
“I needed this tour to become a bit more intimate with fans because this album, I’m discussing really personal stuff,” he said. “I needed to possess a better reference to the concert.”
Within hours of tickets going for sale, shows in NY, SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA and his hometown of LA completely sold-out. The news headlines was absolutely something to smile about, especiallyas Mark’s been nervous abouthow fanswill receive his songs.
“I’ve worked for per year with this project,” he explained. “The group includes a certain image and a particular sound, but as soloists, most of us have completely different sounds and taste in music, but I believe I just returned and I started tinkering with what sort of music I needed to make and it just came together.”
When Mark begins his tour Oct. 3 in San Antonio, Texas, the “Lonely” singer promises to remain true to himself. Be prepared to see his nails painted and his fashion on point after dealing with a stylist.
“Fashion is really a solution to express yourself,” he noted. “I’m always available to try new things popular and I love it.”
He’s also likely to be traveling on a tour bus for the first time where he’ll make self-care important. Along with showcasing his skincare routine on social media marketing, Markalso partnered with Spark Alignersand gained asense of confidence because of his teeth straightening journey.
“You have to deal with yourself first,” he said. “By firmly taking care of yourself, it is possible to relax, have an excellent night and awaken to some other great day.”
And along the way, deliver a concert experience which will leave fans buzzing with excitement.
“I am hoping they can arrived at the show and become touched and feel something,” Mark added. “I must say i want this to be personal for everybody. If the show makes them feel much better by the end of your day, that’s what I’d like.”
