My podcast recently celebrated its 100-episode milestone.

In only over 2 yrs, myLead Just like a Womanpodcast scaled to become major revenue source and ultimately transformed my business. I’ve had the chance to consult with countless top women leaders, generate home based business leads, and inspire an audience I possibly could do not have dreamed of–all because an article of mine went viral.

3. Develop a Formal Structure

The more streamlined and replicable the structure of one’s podcast is, the simpler it becomes to execute and the quicker it’ll scale.

Mine is predictable: Guests know very well what questions to anticipate, and audiences appreciate the consistency.

In addition, it goes beyond the episode itself. I’ve learned to be structured with the study I really do before recording any interview.
