Kim Zolciak’s daughter Ariana Sets the Record Straight on WEIGHT REDUCTION

Ariana Biermann, the daughter of Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak-Biermannhas beenarrested in on suspicion of driving while impaired, while her lawyer says his client isn’t guilty.

The 20-year-old social media marketing influencer was charged with the misdemeanor of driving while impaired, misdemeanor improper/erratic lane change and underage alcohol possession/purchase of alcohol in Forsyth County, Ga., in accordance with public record information obtained by People, on Aug. 13. The outlet reports that Ariana has since been released on a $5,120 bond.

Following incident,Ariana’s attorneyJustin Spizmanconfirmedto E! News that Ariana was charged with driving under the influence.”We deny she was impaired by any substance at all,” he said in a statement.

He also said, “Ariana was involved with a fender bender. When police arrived on scene, the investigating officer immediately initiated a study for DUI. Despite Ariana’s constant invocation that she was upset and anxious from the minor accident, the officer incorrectly concluded she was impaired by alcohol. That has been false.”

The lawyer added, “She wholly denies these allegations and intends to fight these charges because she actually is not guilty of these.”

Bravo fans were first introduced to Ariana on RHOA in 2008 where she appeared alongside her mom and sister Brielle Biermann. Kim left the show as a cast member in 2012 and returned as a guest star in 2016, and later “friend” of the Housewivesfor yet another season.


Arianalater joined Kim and the others of her family, includingadoptive father Kroy Biermann and younger siblingsKJ,Kash, Kaia andKane, onthe spinoff series Avoid being Tardy, which aired for eight seasons.
