The LCS Championship is arriving at a finish this week, as only three teams are left for a set you back the title. With C9 waiting in the finals, its around 100Thieves and Evil Geniuses to handle off this Saturday and determine the next finalist.

Not just that, but winning does mean obtaining a spot right to the Worlds 2022 group stage. So what can we expect entering this series?

LCS Championship Preview 100T vs EG

Both teams have managed to get to the very best 3 but only 1 of these will advance. Another will need to fight at the Worlds play-in stage against the rest of the wildcard teams and the 4th seeds from the major regions. With such stacked rosters this season, it’ll be hard for NA teams to obtain out of Play-Ins. With this thought, the series could have an essential meaning for both.

Similarly, we’ve 100Thieves, who managed to get to the semifinals but fell lacking C9, who appears like the undisputed Number #1 team. An extremely teamfight-oriented team that wants to play aggressively in the first stages of the overall game. With that said, other teams have noticed this pattern aswell and have began to eliminate these comfort picks for 100T. When this happened, 100T have struggled to reproduce the results, because they drafted late-game scaling comps without much success. Furthermore, their front-to-back doesnt appear to be as strong.

EG show the opportunity to draft those late game team comps better. Not just that, but EG always enjoy drafting wombo combo comps which are very ultimate-dependent. While I thought that EG couldve had a draft advantage and managed to get much closer, EG announced that the starting ADC Danny, who was simply this type of pivotal member for the team, wont be starting because of this the other day of LCS Championship. The general public statement said that Danny had to step down because of mental medical issues. In his stead, EG will field Muhammed Hasan Kaori entrk from the academy roster.

Your choice has greatly changed the expectations getting into the series. I was expecting an extremely close series, with both of these having likelihood of living through. With the brand new information, though, Im favoring 100 Thieves much more. EGs academy roster didnt succeed during summer and the ADC player is really a few tiers below Danny. Not forgetting having less time preparation and synergy that is included with this type of last-minute change.

Nevertheless, LoL odds remain very good for the series, especially at . Below you can get the best ones, so feel absolve to pick the type of:

  • Winner: 100T (1.35x)
  • Correct Map Score: 100T 3-1 EG (3.39x)
  • Total kills: over 96.5 (1.64x)
  • Match handicap kills: 100T | -14.5 (2.09x)
  • First Blood: EG (2.19x)
  • Total towers: under 11.5 (2.29x)
  • Total dragons slain: over 4.5 (2.01x)

Can anyone beat C9?

Cloud9 went from the mediocre summer split to locking Worlds. With the roster that they had on the hands, these were more likely to dominate all of those other competition. Although it took them time, it looks like things are finally set up. But will there be a team that may fight with the existing roster of C9?

Considering what we mentioned earlier about EG, I dont think they’re even near them. 100T were destroyed in the winners bracket aswell, making me wanna say that nobody is on par with Cloud9 at this time. Just like each year when Worlds is just about the corner, Cloud9 appears to be the best-performing team from NA. Hoping they can take the fight to the very best teams from LPL and LCK
