McConnell says voter fraud is rare and he isn’t concerned about threats to democracy

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., said Monday he isn’t concerned about threats to American democracy following a national NBC News pollrevealed voters ranked it because the top issue facing the united states.
