A British Airways pilot was recorded breaking the news headlines of Queen Elizabeth IIs death in a mid-flight announcement to passengers eliciting an emotional response from some onboard.

The somber message was delivered on the tail end of a Thursday trip from New Yorks John F. Kennedy AIRPORT TERMINAL to Heathrow Airport in London, the online video showed.
