Putin declares benefits for folks traveling from Ukraine to Russia

Russian President Vladimir Putin released a declaration on Saturday detailing benefits which will be directed at certain individuals who happen to be Russia from Ukraine amid the former countrys attacks on the latter.

Disabled people, women that are pregnant and older people who’ve moved from Ukraine to Russia will receive financial advantages to help support them, in accordance with a decree obtained by Reuters.
