Atlanta-advertising agency Fitzco has officially returned to any office. That third Tuesday in February was something similar to the initial day of school colorful balloons, reuniting with old friends and the sensation of a brand new begin in the air.
But that first-day-of-school feeling employs 2 yrs of fear and loss and the nagging sensation that things wont ever function as same and the continuing future of as an employee, or an employer, is very much indeed uncertain.
In the next bout of The Return, senior marketing reporter and host Kimeko McCoy joins the Fitzco staff because of their first day back again to in-person, in-office work. After 2 yrs apart, the agency grapples with anxiety and excitement, new Covid-19 safety protocols and also several technological hiccups.
