The iPhone 14 Pros always-on display, explained

So, it finally happened. The iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max got an always-on display. If youve used today’s Android phone, you almost certainly have experience with always-on screens and require no convincing of why theyre a handy feature but it is a new part of iPhone world. Always-on displays allow a phone to show basic information just like the date, time, and notifications even though its locked and resting on a table.
