To meet the requirements, you need to proceed to a Sardinian town with a population of significantly less than 3,000 residents. The amount of money must go toward renovating a house. You need to live there full-time (sorry, no vacation villas allowed). And within 18 months, you should register Sardinia as your permanent residence.
