Trump Hiring Atlanta Defense Attorney ‘Shows He’s Scared,’ Strategist Says

A Democratic strategist has said former President Donald Trump shows he could be “scared” by hiring Atlanta Defense attorney Drew Findling.

While talking with host MSNBC‘s Al Sharpton on Saturday, strategist Juanita Tolliver said Trump hiring the Atlanta lawyer indicates he could be feeling heat.

Trump hired Findling, who’s known for defending famous rappers, to represent him in matters linked to the special grand jury investigating him for allegedly attempting to hinder the 2020 election in Georgia, in accordance with an Associated Press report.

Giving an answer to this news, Tolliver said: “It demonstrates Trump is scared, it demonstrates he feels heat.

“Particularly when he could be on tape requesting that the Secretary of State finds votes for him.

“It implies that he could be scared especially also if you have [Rudy] Giuliani and Lindsey Graham also set to testify here.

“[Trump] knows he is next therefore he could be building his team to get ready for that.”

Findling, who has previously clashed with Trump, said he was still focused on defending the former president even though their politics usually do not align.

After Trump criticized NBA player Lebron James, Findling hit back at Trump by saying he was “the racist architect of fraudulent Trump University.” He added that “POTUS pathetic” was at it once more.

The Findling LAWYER released a statement on Thursday having said that it turned out hired, alongside attorneys Jennifer Little and Dwight Thomas to represent Trump.

Within an emailed statement, seen by the Associated Press, Findling said he could be a “passionate advocate against injustice” and can “strongly defend” the former president.

“I might differ politically from a lot of my clients, but it doesn’t change my commitment to guard against wrongful investigations,” Findling said in the statement.

“In this instance, the concentrate on President Trump in Fulton County, Georgia is actually an erroneous and politically driven persecution and alongside my office and co-counsel, I’m fully focused on reduce the chances of this injustice.”

In another email statement seen by AP, Little said the attorneys were handpicked on Trump’s behalf.

“A politically diverse band of attorneys with differing perspectives have all arrived at exactly the same conclusion, there were no violations of Georgia law,” she said.

“We as a team anticipate vigorously defending our client and the Constitution.”

The problem in Georgia is due to a belief from Trump he actually won hawaii through the 2020 election.

Shortly prior to the January 6 Capitol riot, Trump urged Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to start to see the fraud he believed occurred.

Refusing to acknowledge he may have lost Georgia due to the size of his rallies, Trump apparently tried to convince Raffensperger that the amount of fraudulent votes far outnumbered the nearly 12,000 ballots that gave President Joe Biden his victory in hawaii.

In a telephone call between your two, Trump claimed his team would provide accurate numbers later on but estimated there have been about 50,000 fraudulent ballots, although Trump acknowledged he only needed 11,779 to win hawaii.
