Turning Point Just Nuked ‘The View’ for his or her ‘Defamatory Statements’

Anyone who watches The View looking to get something even near news or, for example, accuracy will be sorely mistaken.

Theyve shown again and again they have issues with basic facts.

Who is able to ever forget this winner of a comment from Whoopi Goldberg on what Dr Jill Biden would create a great surgeon general from 2 yrs ago? Once we reported, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) just had an excellent dunk onto it.

The View and their silliness were back the news once they started spreading all sorts of nonsense concerning the Turning Point USA event in Tampa that had a Neo-Nazi group arrive beyond your event. We reported concerning the group and our very own Deputy Managing Editor Brandon Morse, who was simply at the Turning Point event, mocked them.

Despite the fact that Turning Point formally denounced the Neo-Nazi group, The View harpies still spread false statements. Joy Behar claimed that the Nazis were beyond your event and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis did nothing, but he wasnt even at the function then hed been there your day before. Then Whoopi Goldberg said, despite the fact that Turning Point denounced the Nazi group, Nevertheless, you let them in, and you also knew what these were. That has been a lie these were never allowed in to the event plus they didnt even make an effort to enter. The group was protesting the function outside on the sidewalk. Goldberg later claimed that what she was saying was metaphorical but nonetheless asserted that Turning Point was somehow embracing the Nazi group.

While these were forced by their legal department to improve two of the misrepresentations go on air, Whoopi continued to insist that TPUSA somehow welcomed nazis into our event metaphorically. pic.twitter.com/320UV0aH0G

Now, Turning Point has taken enough. They issued a cease and desist order to ABC on Tuesday, demanding they retract the defamatory statements made on The View and issue an apology, or face legal action.

The false statements of fact intentionally made through the Views July 25th segment were unquestionably bad for TPUSAs reputation and brought the business and its own student affiliates into disrepute with the general public, potential donors, and current and future business partners, posing a substantial financial loss to the business, the letter said.

Fox News Digital has obtained the letter, addressed to ABC News NY bureau chief Joshua Hoyos and ABC assistant chief counsel Ian Rosenberg, which accuses The View of earning false, derogatory, and defamatory statements about its recent Student Action Summit. [.]

The View hosts intentionally and falsely associated TPUSA with neo-Nazi protestors beyond your event placing TPUSA in denigrating and false light and negatively impacting its public perception. Such action will never be tolerated, the letter said.

Specifically, The View hosts insidiously and cavalierly stated that TPUSA let [neo-Nazis] directly into its SAS event, metaphorically embrase[d] them and that neo-Nazis were in the mixture of people. The assertion that TPUSA is complicit or affiliated at all with the neo-Nazi protesters beyond your event is outlandish, false, defamatory, and disgraceful, the letter continued. Even with Ms. Haines reluctantly browse the TPUSA statement that it condemns the band of neo-Nazis and that the group had nothing in connection with TPUSA, its event, or its student attendees, Ms. Goldberg continues the false tirade against TPUSA, asserting that somehow the business and its own attendees were complicit and/or linked to the outside protest.

Peterson then added, To be abundantly clear, TPUSA aggressively and completely condemns the ideologies of neo-Nazism and contains zero link with the protestors beyond your event. Since they were situated on public property, TPUSA security attemptedto, but had not been permitted to eliminate them.

Should they dont comply, Turning Points letter said they might benefit from all available legal remedies to get damages.

THEREFORE THE View should start bending over because Turning Point isnt likely to cut them any slack. The harpies have to be held in charge of their irresponsibility.
