(Update) Courtney Clenneys Attorney Says Her Charge Should At Best Be Manslaughter While Judge Denies Bail

A judge has denied the bond of Courtney Clenney, a woman accused of fatally stabbing her boyfriend, Christian Toby Obumseli, Local 10 News.

The former OnlyFans model appeared before a judge on Saturday, hearing updates about her case.

While her attorney explained the charges shouldnt be second-degree murder but at best, its manslaughter, the Florida judge stated a judge with an increase of knowledge would need to hear the case to find out if she should receive bail.

Footage Shows Clenney Attacking Obumseli

TMZ obtained footage of theOnlyFans modelCourtney Clenney punching her now-deceased boyfriend, Christian Obumseli, in February 2021, months before stabbing him.

The couple gets on an elevator, and Clenney seems frustrated and attempts to choose a particular floor but is unsuccessful. Obumseli enters the elevator immediately after the OnlyFans model and tries to calm her down.

Clenney starts going to him in a rage and pulls on his hair many times. Meanwhile, Obumseli is wanting to de-escalate the problem by pushing the 26-year-old back.

Deadly Attack On Obumseli

Neighbors called the authorities to the Edgewater neighborhood apartment after witnesses overheard a domestic dispute between your couple on April 3, 2022. In accordance with TMZ, the influencer told officers that she did stab Obumseli with a knife. A lawyer claims it had been an act of self-defense.

Her mother stated she was on the telephone with her daughter through the altercation. Her mother shared that the accused girlfriend said Obumseli was lying also to leave.

Photographed in blood, Clenney expressed to officials that she wasnt sure if the stabbing was justified, TMZ also reports.
