An Arizona Wendys employee has been charged with murder after punching an elderly man for complaining about his order, with the massive blow leading to the mans death.
Antoine Kendrick, 35, was working at a spot in Prescott Valley on July 26 once the incident, that was captured on CCTV, occurred, in accordance with Newsweek.
A shocking video shows Kendrick step behind the service counter and confront the 67-year-old man before he punches the client in the top.
A police report states the person died because of his injuries.
A person complained about his food order, of which time, Wendys employee, Antoine Kendrick, arrived from behind the service counter and struck the client in the top. The client fell to the ground, striking his head, and lost consciousness, police said, Fox 10 Phoenix reports.

The client, who was simply not named, was completely caught off guard by the punch, and were oblivious to Kendrick as he allegedly lurched towards him.

Authorities say Kendrick then grabbed his belongings and walked from the store as though nothing was wrong, the now-viral video shows.The client was rushed to a healthcare facility by helicopter in critical condition and ultimately died on Friday, August 5.
Police didn’t provide any more background on the fatal confrontation, because the surveillance video didn’t have any sound. However, one customer described the punch as a Mike Tyson hit.

Wendys Worker Charged With Murder After Customer Dies From Injuries
